These terms apply to your use of the Valente Stone website. If you go on to buy stone from us, the terms of that sale will be set out in the written quote we send you.

Using this site
You are welcome to browse this site, read it, and share links to it. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Stock, sizes and pricing are indicative
The stones, slab sizes, finishes, stock statuses and any prices shown here describe what we hold at the time of writing. Stone moves. A slab shown as in stock may be committed to another project by the time you enquire, and dimensions are nominal until the actual slab is measured.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. No contract exists between us until we have sent you a written quote and you have accepted it in writing.
Natural variation
Natural stone is quarried, not manufactured. Colour, veining, tone and background vary between slabs cut from the same block, and within a single slab, and screens render colour differently. The photographs on this site show the stone type. They are not a guarantee of the individual slab supplied. Every slab we hold is scanned and numbered, and we will show you the scans of the actual slabs available before you commit.
Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where a right can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupply.
Our content
The photography, slab scans, copy, stone descriptions, layout and branding on this site belong to Valente Stone or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without asking us first. Ask at info@valentestone.com.au and the answer is often yes.
Availability and links
We do our best to keep this site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Where we link to another website, that is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what is on it.
Privacy
Anything you send us through the enquiry form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
